As a part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health,Franciscan Orthopedics - Silverdaleis seeking a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon Generalist / Total Joint Surgeon to join our team.
This Orthopedic Surgeon will be joining a well-respected team of 6 Orthopedic Surgeons and 7 Advanced Practice Providers. They should expect to be busy immediately as they will be joining the practice of a busy, reputable, retiring surgeon. Our new surgeon should anticipate the opportunity to build an elective general orthopedics and total joints practice, and should be comfortable with community trauma.

In this role you will be part of a high energy, hardworking, tight knit team that creates a supportive and fun work environment. The position is located at St. Michael Medical Center in Kitsap County. It is on the Peninsula where you'll be surrounded by water in every direction, mountains, beautiful landscapes, and fresh air! This is a great place to visit or live for those outdoor enthusiasts. Lots of outdoor activities that include hiking, biking, kayaking, and whale watching! The hospital is on a beautiful campus built in 2020. There are views of the Olympic mountains to the west and nearby walking & hiking trails. If you prefer to venture off into the city on your days off Seattle is just a ferry ride away.
