Senior Freight Broker As a Senior Freight Broker, your responsibilities include identifying freight transport opportunities and building client relationships. You will promote and deliver services in line with established policies while pursuing company goals. Job Type: Full-time/Hybrid Responsibilities: Use judgment to identify freight opportunities, quote lanes, accept loads, and determine pricing and margins. Build and maintain relationships with shippers. Make daily calls to shippers. Coordinate with Operations and other departments to track loads. Quote shippers and provide current information. Travel to client, customer, carrier, and prospect sites as needed. Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. 2-5 years of freight broker or logistics sales experience. Proficiency in analyzing industry documents and reports. Ability to respond to inquiries and complaints effectively. Basic arithmetic and ability to interpret data. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and related programs.
