LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Newberry, Michigan.

Job Description & Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care

 

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient/resident care
• Supervise and provide direction to LPNs and CNAs
• Coordinate and manage resident care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain clear and respectful communication with patients, families, and staff
• Report to the Director of Nursing, Nursing Supervisor, and MDS Coordinator

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Michigan (in good standing)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – Required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – Required
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience preferred
