Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift (70-80K)

Due to growth, we have an opening available for a Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift to work at an established company in the North Syracuse, NY area.

This role is essential to driving performance, fostering a strong team culture, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

3rd shift Hours are: 9:00PM – 6:30AM M-F.

Your Role:

• Lead daily production operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and performance. Ensure accurate documentation, effective cross-department coordination, and adherence to GMP, OSHA, and company policies.
• Build and sustain a high-performing team through proactive coaching, training, communication, and fair performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement by supporting teams in achieving goals related to cost, quality, safety, service, and employee engagement, removing obstacles and promoting accountability.

Education and Experience :

• AAS degree preferred, however will consider multiple years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Possess good organization and documentation skills.
