Job Description Job Description Position Title – Production Line Operator (Experienced) w/ Forklift We are seeking dependable and experienced Production Line Operators to join our team. This is a very important role on the production line, requiring individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment . Operators will rotate between filling, sealing, labeling, and packing stations while ensuring all products meet quality standards and FDA/DEA compliance protocols. Light forklift duties (sit-down forklift) are also part of the role. Location: [Local Facility – details provided during interview] Employment Type: Full-time Work Conditions: Production Line / Warehouse Environment Pay: $20.00 per hour Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 4:30pm Must Meet Background Requirements: 7-year federal background check & 10-panel drug screen Position Summary: The Production Line Operator will play a key role in keeping production lines running efficiently and smoothly. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to adapt to high-speed demands, and the dependability to work as part of a 3–4 person team on each line. Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities: Operate and rotate between filling, sealing, labeling, and packing stations Keep production lines running efficiently in a high-volume environment Perform light sit-down forklift duties as needed Ensure products meet all quality standards and follow FDA/DEA compliance protocols Work safely while lifting up to 50 lbs. as required Maintain accuracy, speed, and attention to detail throughout shift Support other team members and contribute to a dependable, high-performing team Minimum Requirements: 1 years of prior production line experience (required) Light forklift (sit-down) experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to thrive in a VERY fast-paced environment – GO GO GO all day Must meet background requirements (7-year federal background check required) Must pass a 10-panel drug screen Skills Required: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards Ability to multi-task and rotate between stations Dependability and team player attitude Good communication and ability to follow directions Physically capable of meeting the demands of production line work TO APPLY, PLEASE SEND YOUR RESUME TO JOBS.OLATHEKS@EXPRESSPROS.COM OR CALL 913-721-8655 FOR MORE INFORMATION.
