Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with 2-5 years of hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) . This role will lead the evolution of the client's SPM platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful product delivery. As a key member of the Agile product team, the SPM Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements, drive end-to-end solution delivery, and champion continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, refining user stories and acceptance criteria. Drive enhancements across Demand, Resource, Enterprise Agile Platform (EAP), and Waterfall modules. Improve dashboarding and reporting capabilities within the SPM suite. Own the full delivery lifecycle from ideation through deployment and post-launch validation. Ensure all process and system documentation reflects the current state. Lead testing plan execution for bi-annual SPM upgrades. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and Scrum Masters to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables. Host product demos and incorporate stakeholder feedback into the roadmap. Technical Oversight Serve as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow SPM, including configurations, workflows, and platform customizations. Contribute to solution design and ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices. Oversee and participate in testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). ProficiencyinAgilemethodologiesincludingScrum,Kanban,andSDLCpractices. FamiliaritywiththeCommonServiceDataModel(CSDM)anddataanalytics/reportingtools. AdditionalProductOwnerCompetencies Translateuserandbusinessneedsintodetailedproductrequirements. Defineandcommunicatetheproductvisionandroadmap. Monitorproductprogressandadaptprioritiesbasedonfeedbackandevolvingneeds. DevelopuserstoriesandparticipateinAgileceremoniesincludingsprintsandstand-ups.
