Compensation: $18-$20 an hour
A Bit About Us
We are a family in Geist is looking for a part time nanny for 2 children ages 13 and 10. Our 13 year old daughter is very independent and mainly will only need help with rides. Our 9 year old boy is special needs and is non-verbal, but is very sweet! He has a "talker" and uses this and sign language to communicate. Our son is very interactive with his peers in school, and he also likes to be out and about running errands. While 10, he does operate more on a toddler level. Once kids are home from school, nanny will be responsible for transporting to activities, helping with homework, and engaging in some outdoor and creative fun.
A Bit About You
Candidate should be proactive, creative, communicative and a team player. You are self-directed, confident, and capable! You are patient and are comfortable with changes and flexibility. You would love to work with the same family for many years. You are a great driver, have excellent communication and willing to commit long term (at least 1 year).
Job Duties
Transporting to and from activities (one big driving day/week)
Helping with homework
Engaging in some outdoor and creative fun.

Qualifications: English Speaking. Needs to have pristine driving record as lots of driving will be involved. Soft tempered, nurturing person. Responsible, focused, experienced with special needs care.. Punctuality and communication are also important. Comfortable with dogs. Able to commit to the schedule for the long-term future.

Schedule: Mondays: 1pm - 6pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays: 1:30pm - 6pm Wednesdays: 2pm - 5pm, Fridays: 2pm - 6pm
