• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices in logistics and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Oversee heavy lifting operations and ensure proper techniques are utilized by team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and facilities to maintain operational standards.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures to enhance productivity within the warehouse.
• Operate order/cherry picker and reach truck
• RF Scanner experience
