Description

This position performs plant harvesting, drying & curing Cannabis. Secondary responsibilities will include working with cultivation team with any plant maintenance task needed. This role will report directly to the Harvest Lead and work on-site at our facility in Riverbank, Ca.

Responsibilities

• Perform task as assigned by lead or manager in harvest AND/OR secondary cultivation.
• Perform movement of finished plants from flowering to dry rooms.
• Perform separation of waste from plant material into usable product.
• Break down wet plant, remove plant waste, hang usable product in Drying Room.
• Break down dry plant, remove plant waste, separate plant material into different material grades.
• Maintain record keeping.
• Other processing duties assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Ability to work productively independently within a team environment.
• Math required for inventory, projections, and measurements.
• Exhibit the ability to work well within the organization and with others.
• Complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner required.
• Follow established Company policies required.
• Close visual focus required.
• This position occasionally requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Knowledge of irrigation parameters preferred. 
• Attention to Detail is required.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, bend, climb, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds. Requires the manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment and hand tools.

Work Environment:
This position involves a fair amount of manual labor which requires repetitive tasks. This position operates indoor which can reach different temperatures. This position may require working at heights up to or exceeding 10 feet. The site operates on weekends and holidays, and standard work hours may apply regardless of day or season.
