We're currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in a general labor position. This is an excellent opportunity to get started in our manufacturing facility and build the skills needed to transition into a specialized production role after your initial training and onboarding period. As a General Laborer, you’ll support the production team with a variety of essential tasks, including: Assisting with material handling and cleanup, Supporting machine operators as needed, Moving and stacking products (may involve lifting up to 50 lbs), Learning basic production processes and safety procedures, Gaining familiarity with tools like forklifts and SAP (training provided). Position may be on 2nd or 3rd shift in a union manufacturing plant with training potentially on a different shift. Pay starts at $25.22/hr and is based on the union contract. You’ll fit right in if you have: Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written; Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus; The ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary; The ability to work on various shifts depending on available positions.
