Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Electrician with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work. The ideal candidate should have a college background, their own set of tools, and reliable transportation. A strong willingness to learn and grow within the trade is essential.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components
Work under the supervision of licensed electricians and follow safety protocols
Troubleshoot basic electrical issues and support senior team members on complex tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site
Follow all local, state, and national electrical codes
College background (trade-related or general studies accepted)
Minimum of 1 year hands-on electrical experience (residential or commercial)
Strong willingness to learn and take direction
Must own basic electrician hand tools
Reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites
Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various environments
Enrollment in or completion of an apprenticeship program
OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
Familiarity with NEC code.
