We are looking for mature, experienced electricians. Must be experienced in electrical and engine maintenance procedures, load bank operation, transfer switches, and engine controls. Our electricians typically operate unsupervised in teams of two or three with an emphasis on high-quality work and safety. We do offer factory training and journeyman license scholarships.

 

Must possess a desire to learn and exhibit a positive attitude. We are NOT a large-scale production contractor, we specialize in generator installations, UPS systems, and other specialty electrical installations.

Must be able to travel, we work four 10-hour days and typically have off Friday, Sat, and Sunday. The company pays for all hotels, food, and company van.

Pay
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: Competitive Salary and comprehensive benefits package
  • Bonuses: Pay for performance bonuses paid quarterly (based on the profitability of the company); target annual bonus is $5,000.00 per year

 

Vacation and Holiday
  • 7 days Paid Time Off (PTO) (includes both vacation and sick time); employees receive 12 days of PTO after 5 years of service, PLUS.
  • 9 Major Holidays paid (New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve)
  • Eau Gallie Electric Bonus Week (1 additional week of Paid Time Off (PTO) during the week between Christmas and New Years to spend with your family and friends).

 

Insurance and Retirement
  • 100% of the company paid health insurance.
  • 100% match of the company 401k plan, up to 6% of total yearly pay.
  • $75,000 in life insurance (paid for by the company)
