Occupational Therapist (OT) Local and Travel Contract Position

* Start Date: 2/10/2025 Job Description ATC Healthcare is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to work in skilled nursing facilities. Travel positions offer a unique chance to gain diverse experience, expand your skills, and build lifelong memories. Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs to help patients achieve functional independence.
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques.
• Document patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Current OT license in the state of practice or willingness to obtain state licensure.
• Experience: Prior experience in one or more clinical settings is preferred (but new grads are welcome!).
• Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability: Willingness to travel and commit to contract assignments
• BLS Certification
• COVID Vaccinated
• Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
• Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
