Bilingual Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist for a company based in Channelview, TX. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team and will be responsible for providing strategic human resources support for multiple locations.

Pay Rate
$26.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.

Bilingual Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Title Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promote and maintain HR processes, providing metrics, creating reports, and providing statistical analysis of various measures such as turnover, labor market data, etc.
  • Recruit top talent following current EEO/AA guidelines for all positions utilizing available resources to maintain an effective work force.
  • Process bi-weekly (salary) and weekly (hourly) payroll (Paylocity) and related transactions in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local rules, regulations, and ordinances; maintains information system database; enters data into computer systems accurately and in a timely manner, validates data and compiles documentation.
  • Reviews edit reports, makes corrections, balances entries, prepares direct deposit/checks and generates summary reports. Generates payroll reports for governmental agencies, reviews and makes changes to employee information for tax deductions and benefit deductions, wage assignments, federal and state levies, and child support garnishments.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve payroll problems before payroll is issued.
  • Administration of company benefit programs, including management of the annual open enrollment process.
  • Must be able to deliver messages to a large audience.
  • Conduct compliance training.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and produce reports as needed.
  • Responsible for answering wage garnishment paperwork, and tax levy paperwork accurately and by deadlines. Conducts regular reviews to ensure payroll records are maintained in compliance with legal requirements and local policy.
  • Daily enters data into computer systems accurately and in a timely manner and maintains Human Resources information system database; assesses and validates data, compiles documentation, assists in enrolling employees into the benefit programs, completing all forms, entering them in the Human Resources Information System and the providers systems.
  • Promptly maintains and updates all personnel files with correct address, phone numbers, wages, training, evaluations, and all other information contained in an employee’s personnel File and in the Human Resources Information System.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management, both verbally and in written forms; establish and maintain effective working relations with co-workers; accurately collect, record, process and prepare data.
  • Monitor and control confidentiality of personnel information, according to the standards of the Privacy Act of 1974.

Bilingual Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field or equivalent work experience and education preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of HR experience
  • 2-3+ years of payroll experience
  • Must be flexible and efficient in time management and ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus
