What You'll Do As An Apartment Leasing Agent We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:
- Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
- Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
- Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects
- Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
- Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations
- Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
- Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks
- Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor
What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you MUST have:
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
- Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
- Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
- Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
- Stable work history
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
