Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Englewood, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,940 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Englewood, Colorado, 80113! Job Title: Case Management RN Profession: RN Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse Certifications: None specified Must-Have: Behavioral Health experience with suicide risk and substance use assessments Discharge planning experience Description: This is a travel position for a Case Management RN. The role requires working five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekends as needed. Candidates with social work backgrounds will not be considered for this role. The unit primarily consists of 20 beds each with a team of Case Managers and Social Workers managing the workload. Day shift staffing includes Friday through Monday from 7:30 AM and Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The patient ratios for staff will be 1 Social Worker to 40 patients and 1 Registered Nurse to 20 patients. Equipment includes mobile computers and EMR systems such as Meditech, Midas, and Navihealth. Candidates are expected to perform the following procedures: Suicide Risk Assessments SBIRT/Substance Assessments Discharge Planning Assessments Professionalism, strong communication skills, and adaptability to different units are essential for success in this role. Additional skills that are preferred but not required include emergency department experience and knowledge of palliative care and goals of care conversations.
