Position Summary

QE Solar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  Entry-Level Accountant to join our accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career accounting professional looking to gain broad exposure to operational accounting in a multi-entity environment.

This role will support  customer invoicing, billing, and general accounting tasks , with a focus on learning systems, supporting senior team members, and contributing to month-end activities. Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with customer billing processes, including invoice generation and delivery
• Support the entry and reconciliation of financial data in NetSuite
• Help maintain customer records, POs, and contract data for billing accuracy
• Assist with posting customer payments and tracking accounts receivable status
• Work closely with senior billing and accounting staff to resolve discrepancies
• Participate in monthly close activities and financial reporting tasks as needed
• Support audit preparation and documentation collection
• Grow into additional responsibilities over time, including reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or on track to complete)
• 0–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Exposure to NetSuite , QuickBooks, or other accounting/ERP platforms
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with financial data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Skills

• Internship or entry-level experience in billing, AR, or general ledger functions
• Experience working with Concur or similar expense systems
• Interest in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors
