As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform without commuting. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Be matched with students whose needs align with your teaching style and expertise. Use the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time support, lesson generation, and engagement features to save prep time and focus on teaching. Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments and logistics. Compensation & Benefits Pay can reach up to $40/hour with incremental increases for the same student over time. Get paid up to twice per week for completed sessions. Set your own schedule; tutor as much as you’d like. Remotely tutor through a purpose-built platform—no commuting required. Qualifications Strong communication skills with a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in Spanish 2 and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Preference given to those with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education.
