Job Title: Site Engineering Trainer (Survey)

Job Type: Direct Hire – Full-Time

Location: Houston, TX

Travel: Up to 7 months per year; travel to various job sites primarily along the Gulf and East Coast.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Site Engineering Trainer (Survey) to lead onboarding and field training for engineering professionals working across marine construction projects. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys travel, and is passionate about coaching others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding and hands-on training for new Site Engineers
  • Deliver instruction on hydrographic and topographic survey methods, survey/vessel guidance software, productivity tools, and internal processes
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and learning content
  • Upload and manage training materials via LMS
  • Travel to job sites to conduct training as needed (travel is paid and coordinated by the company)
  • Uphold and promote a safety-first culture
