The Opportunity We are the market leader in software products and services for the creative, genAI & marketing ecosystem with Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, Express, Firefly, and Experience Cloud. Reporting to the Director, AI/ML & Creative Technology, a successful candidate will embody strong customer empathy & orientation, have a passion for coding & tinkering, share a deep interest in new technologies (e.g., generative AI, creative workflows), and have intuition on creating meaningful business impact by solving customer problems. Responsibilities Understand customer pain points & business needs and translate that into technical solutions. Ideate, design, and code product and workflow prototypes using knowledge of creative production, marketing workflows, Adobe APIs, and external APIs. Work across internal research & engineering teams to build prototypes using existing and new available technologies. Use other new technologies (e.g., products, APIs) and synthesize technical trends and impact to Adobe. Serve as technical expert on new technologies in Adobe Firefly Services (APIs), Creative Cloud technologies, and corresponding Digital Experience APIs and technologies. Script & record compelling technical demo videos that bring product truth to life. Present product demos at conferences, customer events, developer audiences, & relevant Adobe leadership meetings. Minimum Requirements Minimum technical skills: JavaScript / Node.JS (server-side, front end), API tools (Postman, App Builder), HTML/CSS, React (Spectrum or similar), Python (plus), Low-code connectors (PowerAutomate, Zapier, Mendix), ML Frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face), Distributed cloud compute (K8s, Slurm). +6 years as a full-stack developer familiar with API methodology and usage. Technical experience across creative, document, digital experience, generative AI, and workflow/low-code spaces. Ability to storyboard, produce, and edit demos using tools like Premiere, Photoshop, AEM, Workfront, Frame, Express, etc., and convey sophisticated technical and product ideas. Strategic problem-solving skills, data-driven decision making, and ownership mentality. Flexibility to travel (~20%).
