• Security Guard Position
• This Position primarily Weekends (Fri- Sun) 4PM-12am , 6PM-12AM , 12AM - 8AM with some weekdays available
• 12 Hours shifts for weekend overnights also available

CCTV Monitoring , Access Control, Patrol

(16-24 hours Evening/Nights / Weekends )

Must have current NYS Security Guard License and 8-hour certificate

Front Desk/Lobby Security Position Multiple Shifts

Salary: $17hr

Candidate must be flexible and available for extended shifts if necessary.

Per diem (Nights / Weekends)

SUMMARY:

Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all occupants and property.

This position reports to the Security Supervisor and Building Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Control access at the main entrance by screening all visitors (guests, vendors, delivery services)
· Make routine rounds during assigned shift throughout entire property including all hallways, stairwells, floors, and offices spaces
· Respond to incidents.

· Complete logs, incident reports, and all other required documentation.
· Make calls to police, fire department and other first responders as directed.
· Perform administrative and reception duties at the operations desk; monitor video surveillance cameras, and fire prevention/detection alarm notification system.
· Provide duties related to fire incident, evacuation of the building when necessary, utilizing Fire procedure.
· Ensure the safety and security of all assigned equipment.
· Perform other tasks as assigned.

* Valid NYS Security Guard License
* 16 hour certificate
* Up to date 8 hour annual certificate
*Thorough background check prior to hire.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends and overtime if necessary.
