About the Role:
Were seeking an experienced Scrum Master & Agile Coach to support the project for IT Division. This role focuses on coaching IT Team Leads , facilitating Scrum/Kanban practices, and driving continuous improvement across teams. Youll help teams self-organize , manage backlogs, remove impediments, and deliver value aligned with IT priorities.
