We are looking for both Full and Part Time Restaurant Servers to join our dynamic team!

Position Summary:

As a Server, you’ll deliver outstanding dining experiences by greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, ensuring timely service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Your role is key to creating the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that Stress Free Moose is known for.

Pay:

• Hourly $7.50 + tips
• Servers are averaging a total of $35 - $40 an hour with the combination of their hourly pay plus tips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their table or coordinate with host staff.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and drinks.
• Take food & beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure all special requests are handled correctly.
• Check in with guests to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between seatings.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, following health and safety standards.
• Process guest payments (cash, credit, or other) accurately.
• Assist teammates and support smooth front-of-house operations.
• Complete opening and closing side duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude with the ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays up to 25 lbs.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Reporting & Supervision:

• Reports to: Floor Manager / Restaurant Manager
• Works closely with: Hosts, Kitchen Staff, and Other Servers
