We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Entry-Level Remote Data Entry Typist / Transcriptionist / Records Clerk to join our team. This is a flexible, work-from-home position ideal for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently. No prior professional experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a strong attention to detail.
Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or systems
Type and format documents, reports, and correspondence
Transcribe audio or video recordings into written text
Maintain digital filing systems and organize electronic records
Review data for errors or missing information and make corrections
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Meet assigned deadlines and follow data handling procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing, internet navigation, email, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
Good communication skills and time management
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to learn new tools and software (training provided)
Previous experience in data entry, transcription, or clerical work
