Role Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Owner with over 10 years of experience in product management and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and working closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful product outcomes. This role requires strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
Vision and Strategy

• Define the product vision and long-term roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals, market needs, and emerging trends.

Product Backlog Management

• Create, manage, and prioritize a clear product backlog consisting of user stories, features, and technical tasks.
• Ensure backlog aligns with customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Prioritization and Sprint Planning

• Prioritize backlog items based on value, impact, and team capacity.
• Plan sprints and coordinate releases to ensure timely delivery.
