We are seeking a Principal Technical Account Manager to manage the complete technical lifecycle and guarantee the sustained success of our most significant enterprise account within the US Healthcare industry.

In this essential position, you will merge high-level client relationship management with advanced technical problem-solving. As the primary technical leader for this account, your responsibilities will include strategic planning, intricate troubleshooting, and ensuring our client receives maximum value from our platform.

Your ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management & Strategic Guidance
  • Serve as the main technical subject matter expert (SME) and strategic consultant for a dedicated Large Strategic Enterprise Healthcare account.
  • Assist the client in aligning their long-term technical objectives with our product roadmap.
  • Advocate for the client's needs, ensuring their engagement and alignment with our offerings.
  • Track customer technical health and system usage metrics to identify and address potential risks.
  • Work alongside the Customer Success Manager to co-facilitate Executive Business Reviews, emphasizing ROI and future growth opportunities.
Technical Consulting & Issue Resolution
  • Act as the technical escalation point for all post-launch issues, conducting in-depth root cause analysis.
  • Guide the client on best practices for system architecture and configuration within our ecosystem.
  • Lead the resolution of critical technical challenges in partnership with Engineering and Product teams.
Project Management & Product Advocacy
  • Oversee the technical execution of high-impact projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Champion the customer's voice internally, converting their feedback into actionable requirements.
  • Provide customized technical training and documentation for the client's IT teams.
Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience : Over 7 years in a senior, customer-facing technical role supporting Large Strategic Enterprise accounts.
  • WFM Expertise : Practical experience with UKG Workforce Management Pro or comparable solutions.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of healthcare staffing and scheduling processes.
  • Technical Proficiency : In-depth knowledge of SaaS solutions and contemporary integration methods.
  • Communication Skills : Outstanding ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
