What You’ll Do:

• Own the estimating process for all plumbing projects — from takeoff to proposal.
• Lead project handoffs and startups with military-grade precision.
• Keep the sales pipeline full and flowing — without overloading the system.
• Track, monitor, and control everything from manpower and materials to timelines and cost trends.
• Work directly with leadership — your voice matters here.
• Jump into site walks, design reviews, and coordination meetings like a boss.
• Forecast needs, flag issues early, and keep things moving — on time, on budget, on point.
• Create change orders, value engineer when needed, and always look for ways to do it better .
• Inspire teams. Build trust. Set the pace.
