The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is searching for full-time Pantry Workers to join our team at Hudson Yards in New York, New York. In this energetic environment, you will never have a dull day on the job. If you take pride in maintaining a clean and organized pantry, preparing pantry items for team members and guests alike, this could be the Pantry Attendant position for you. What will you do?

• Execute all assigned menu items in coordination with the identified team member on duty, preparing pantry menu items according to recipes and guidelines
• Ensure the highest possible standards of guest service are provided, listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions
• Maintain a clean and organized pantry at all times, stocking and storing food products as needed and adhering to all health and sanitation standards
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

More about you

• At least 6 months experience in a restaurant of similar capacity and level of cuisine
• Have a knowledge of basic cooking and food preparation techniques
• Ability to follow a recipe, including performing basic math skills
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as reaching up to 7 feet
• Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift
