Ophthalmology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $1455.00 - $1575.00

This facility is seeking an Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm
• Practice Setting: Retinal Ophthalmology Clinic & Surgery onsite
• Types of Cases: Mainly injections, scheduled surgeries and procedures
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): To be determined
• Certifications required: Board Certified, Retina Fellowship required
• Licensure Required: Pennsylvania State Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact will be reviewed
