Work with a great team and cutting-edge scanning technology as a patient-centered MRI Technologist in both hospital and outpatient settings. This position joins an expanding team and performs MRI exams using independent judgment and initiative, prepares patients for MRI exams, administers contrast media, and is capable of starting an intravenous catheter. The role also functions as a resource for Radiologic Technology students and interns and advocates for MRI safety. This job provides: Environmental balance - 1.5-2 techs per scanner. Focus on MRI safety. Creative work schedule with more time outside of work. Variety - rotation through clinics and Regions Hospital. No call! Holiday rotation. Work Schedule: Day/Evening shifts, Monday-Friday with one Saturday per month on rotation. Holiday rotation included, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts beyond the FTE. Required Qualifications: Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program or ARRT-approved equivalent. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Obtain the advanced ARRT registry in MRI within 18 months of hire. BLS certification from an AHA- or ARC-sponsored program. Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist. Additional Information: This is a non-union 0.7 FTE (56 hours per pay period) day shift position working in Saint Paul and Apple Valley, MN. The full salary range is $34.49-$48.89 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differentials. The position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and eligible for benefits.
