The Role:

The AdvancedPuritySolutions,Materials Engineering Team isseekinga creative and innovative individual to help accelerate the development of next generation materials to meet the needs of leading semiconductor technology developers. This role of MaterialsEngineering Internreports to the SeniorManager, Materials Engineering.

What You'll Do:

*Lead polymer development projects involving cross-functional teams(engineering, manufacturing, product management, sales, and marketing, and global supply management)

* Use your materialsexpertiseto creatematerialssolutions based on customer-defined product and application needs

* Developtest/qualification plansand success criteria for a given application

* Provide support to engineering and other departmentson new and existingmaterials issues(manufacturing,processing, incoming qualityissues)

* Investigate materialfailurestodeterminerootcauseandwork with cross functional teams to recommendcorrective actions

*Document workviadata packages and material specifications

What We Seek:

*Experiencewithformulation and development of polymeric compounds

*Analytical background with working knowledge of chemical and polymer analysis laboratory instrumentation and methodologies

* Knowledge ofpolymer manufacturing and processing including injection molding,rotomolding, blow molding, and extrusion

*Experience using structured DOE and statistical methods in an R&D environment

*Basic understanding of Root Cause and Corrective Action processes and tools

*Experience in a global R&D environment ispreferred

Desired Major and Graduation Year:

*Pursuing aBachelor's Degreein Materials / Chemical / Polymer Engineering

* Graduation date of spring 2026 or later

Eligibility:

* Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May/June through August/September.

Compensation: $25-$30/per hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
