Compensation: $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: Maintain a high standard of customer service excellence when solving billing, policy change, claims, or coverage related issues Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits Keep accurate personal information for all sales prospects and customers within insurance company databases Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers Qualifications: Must be an effective collaborator who takes a goal-oriented approach to sales Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; agency management system experience preferred A high school diploma is required - a bachelor's degree or comparable insurance industry experience is a must A thorough understanding of all insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must About Company CW Solutions values balance and flexibility - work as much or as little as you'd like!
