Legal Assistant- Denver, CO

Our client is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their Denver office. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a key part of a collaborative legal team.

Details & Benefits:

• Practice Area Focus: Transit, Rail, Real Estate, Land Use, Infrastructure, Project Financing, Airports, Renewable Energy, Environmental, Conservation, and Tribal Law
• Compensation: $78,000 – $90,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
• Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote per week, 2 days in office (Downtown Denver)

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm, supporting multiple attorneys
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience preparing legal documents, managing attorney calendars, billing, and client interaction
• Familiarity with Colorado and Federal court filing systems preferred (PACER, CM/ECF, Colorado Courts E-Filing, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management platforms
