Salary: $45,760 - 49,920 per year Requirements:

• I have a Technical Institute/Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent formal training.
• I possess a strong aptitude for logical thinking and analytical problem-solving.

• I have proficient knowledge of PC/LAN hardware troubleshooting and basic workstation software.
• I am well-versed in Windows operating systems and networking, as well as Unix operating systems.
• I am familiar with BMC Remedy ITSM software for incident, problem, work order, asset, and change management.
• I have proven experience or demonstrated knowledge in IT support, PC/LAN, and related hardware/software environments.

• I provide IT technical support for incidents of varying complexity, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruption for internal customers.
• I analyze, troubleshoot, and remedy incidents while adhering to company operational standards for reporting and documentation.
• I assess issues and recommend alternative solutions when necessary.
• I facilitate communication with our home office, offshore IT teams, and vendors to resolve local incidents that require advanced expertise.
• I handle hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, as well as RF and RFID equipment.
• I perform Bare-Metal desktop builds using Windows SCCM and manage software installations using the Windows Software Center Support Console.
• I understand the critical business processes and applications within the fulfillment center and interact with business customers to respond to their changing needs.
• I support the IT organizations policies, practices, and methodologies and participate in IT Field Operation initiatives and projects as they emerge.
• I actively identify trends to proactively prevent problems and escalations.

- My work schedule is from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM EST.
- This is a full-time position with an hourly pay range of $22.00 - $24.00.
