Prestigious domestic and international law firm seeks an IP Litigation savvy Associate Attorney to join its expanding New York office.

Candidate will have 4+ years of substantial experience in patent litigation within a top tier law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent).

Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades) ; Technical Degree in Computer Science or other Stem background (Candidates without a technical degree will be considered if they have demonstrable experience on complex IP matters) ; Strong drafting, research, and verbal & written communication skills required ; New York Bar.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Representing a diverse clientele in all stages of disputes and providing strategic business advice on a full range of cutting-edge IP services, including patent and trademark prosecution, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, business and licensing transactions, and trade secret matters.

-Assisting clients in areas such as consumer products and services, biotech, pharmaceuticals, sports, entertainment and media, gaming and gambling, communications, computer technology, video games, food and beverage, financial services, semiconductors, medical devices and life sciences.
