Job Overview:

The HR Coordinator I will be a key member of the Employee Success (ES) team, which is dedicated to building a world-class employee experience. This role involves providing guidance and support to employees across various HR functions, utilizing advanced tools and systems like Workday and case management platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters. This position requires working in-office three days a week at 111 Monument Circle, Indianapolis, IN 46204, and adhering to EST hours.

Responsibilities:


    \t
  • Provide superior customer service to employees and managers via the Basecamp customer portal and other social channels.

  • \t
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base within Basecamp to ensure relevant and accurate self-service information for employees.

  • \t
  • Record and manage customer interactions using a case management tool, addressing inquiries related to benefits, time off, compensation, immigration, HR policies, and employee data.

  • Develop expertise in Workday and assist employees and managers with self-service process inquiries.

  • \t
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of HR processes, programs, and policies to provide accurate guidance.

  • Identify inefficiencies and inconsistencies in processes and collaborate on improvements to enhance the employee experience.

  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements.

  • \t
  • Process corrections or transactions not handled through Employee or Manager Self-Service in Workday.

  • Participate in projects to modernize and improve ES People Services processes.

Qualifications:


    \t
  • At least 2 years of prior work experience in Human Resources or a centralized customer service environment preferred.

  • \t
  • Experience with Workday HCM or similar HRIS is highly desirable.

  • \t
  • Proficiency in using a case management system.

  • \t
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity and process improvement.

  • \t
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • \t
  • Ability to navigate and support employees through personal circumstances with empathy and professionalism.

  • \t
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all job responsibilities.

  • Desire for growth and a proactive approach to driving process improvements using technology.

  • Experience working in an HR shared services organization for an established company is ideal.

  • Bi-lingual candidates with the ability to work PST hours are preferred.

Pay Range: $20 - $21

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
