F&B Manager Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
• Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
• Responsible for training and development of all FOH team members.
• Role model and coach and hold accountable for standards.

F&B Manager Qualifications:

• Two or more years of management experience, preferably in a full service or boutique hotel
• Experience in Task Force assignments and new hotel openings is helpful
• Being bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Decent experience with cocktails and spirits.

F&B Manager Benefits

• A base salary of $62 to $66K commiserate with experience and strong bonus potential
• 2 weeks of PTO.
