Overview

Join to apply for the General Manager Starting at $55k+ Bonus role at McDonald's . This posting is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonalds USA. If you are hired, the franchisee will be your employer.

This franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonalds USA. McDonalds USA has no involvement in employment decisions, including interviews or hiring. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonalds customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
  • Work with your leader to set the restaurants goals and create a plan to achieve them.
  • Lead a team of Department Managers, set their goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience at high-volume locations.
  • A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
  • You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
