Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Native Russian, responsible for communicating with customers, receiving orders and arranging booking, transportation, cargo tracking, customs declaration, settlement and other matters;
responsible for contacting and coordinating the relationship between the company and carriers, trailer companies, storage yards, customs brokers and other external units, reasonable and timely arrangement of each operation process involved to ensure that all operations are smooth and correct;
Responsible for contacting and coordinating the customers who have business relations with the company, accurately and timely handling the documents exchanged with customers, quickly feedback the necessary information to customers, and do a good job of tracking the whole process.
