This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a background in the Meat Manufacturing industry to apply their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and innovative environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing new products, improving existing ones, and ensuring the quality and safety of all our products. A deep understanding of meat processing and flavor profiles is essential for this role. Responsibilities: As a Food Scientist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Developing new meat products and improving existing ones to meet company objectives and customer expectations.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute product development projects from concept to commercialization.
3. Conducting shelf-life studies and stability testing of new and existing products.
4. Utilizing your knowledge of meat science and flavor to create innovative and delicious products.
5. Ensuring compliance with all food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the highest quality product delivery.
6. Conducting sensory evaluations and consumer testing to understand consumer preferences and market trends.
7. Providing technical expertise to production staff to ensure process efficiency and product quality.
8. Keeping up-to-date with latest food technologies, food safety regulations, and industry trends to ensure our products are top-notch in the competitive market.

Qualifications: To qualify for this exciting role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Meat Science, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the meat manufacturing industry, specifically in a food scientist role.
3. Demonstrated experience in product development, from concept to commercialization.
4. Deep knowledge of meat processing and flavor profiles.
5. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to use this information to make informed decisions.
9. Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
