Job Description

Description
Manage user access, roles, and security settings within Encompass.
Oversee system configurations, including milestones, personas, and input forms.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and optimizations.
Design, code, test, and document custom solutions using VB.NET or C#.
Develop and maintain REST and SOAP-based APIs for seamless system integrations.
Create and modify business rules, custom forms, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Customize and integrate TPO Connect to enhance third-party originator interactions.
Provide advanced support to end-users, troubleshooting complex issues and inquiries.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business requirements.
Conduct peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as an Encompass Administrator or Developer.
Experience with TPO Connect customization and integration.
Strong understanding of Encompass LOS functionalities and customization capabilities.
Experience developing and maintaining APIs for system integrations.
Familiarity with the mortgage industry, including loan origination processes and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Encompass Developer Essentials Certification or Encompass Administrator Certification is a plus.
