ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Every other weekend requirement (Friday/Saturday for nights)
\n• Holiday coverage required as scheduled based on unit needs
\n• 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
\n• Care for approximately 120 patients per day in 40-bed emergency department
\n• Handle diverse cases including MVCs, level I trauma patients, STEMI, stroke cases, overdoses, and behavioral health patients
\n• Work with 2 trauma bays, 7 RME beds, and 2 psych/seclusion rooms
\n• 1-2 day orientation period depending on experience
\n• No floating required
\n• BSN degree required
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC
\n• CEN, TCRN, and CPEN certifications preferred
\n• Must have 2 years of previous ER experience in similar size/volume emergency department
\n• Previous travel experience required
\n• Previous EPIC experience required
\n• Driver's license address must be outside 50 miles from facility
\n• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs with navy or white jacket, white or navy undershirt, natural hair colors only
\n• Work with various ventilators including Servo U, Hamilton G5, and transport vents
\n• Utilize EPIC EMR system and Phillips monitoring equipment
\n• Perform lab draws and work without dedicated IV team
\n• Client may cancel 2 shifts per 13-week assignment

\nThis healthcare facility operates a comprehensive 40-bed emergency department that serves as both a STEMI and stroke center with full cardiac catheterization lab and interventional radiology capabilities. The facility features modern equipment and 24/7 support services including in-house respiratory therapy and pharmacy. The emergency department handles a high volume of diverse cases and maintains level I trauma capabilities with helipad access for critical patient transfers when needed.
