Join to apply for the Email Developer role at Barclays Bank US . We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Email Developer. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content messages, themes, and topics which communicate the bank’s objectives. To be successful as an Email Developer, you should have experience with: Managing content that engages clients and other stakeholders via articles, social media, videos, and infographics. Testing, developing, and rendering emails. HTML, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Figma, and Workfront is a plus. You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in the role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. This role is based out of our office in Wilmington, Delaware. Purpose of the role To create content that highlights and promotes the bank’s goals and objectives across various platforms and omnichannels by crafting compelling narratives and designing engaging visual content. Accountabilities Collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop content messages, themes, and topics which communicate the bank’s objectives. Management of the end-to-end content creation process including writing, editing, animation creation, and static asset development which will be used and communicated across platforms. Management of content that engages clients and other stakeholders via articles, social media, videos, and infographics. Monitoring the performance of content across various channels using analytics tools. Development and maintenance of platforms such as microsites to promote the bank’s business objectives, values, products, services, and campaigns for specific audiences. Assistant Vice President Expectations Consult on complex issues; providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues. Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda. Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done. Perform work that is closely related to that of other areas, which requires understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation sub-function. Collaborate with other areas of work, for business-aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategy. Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources such as procedures and practices (in other areas, teams, companies, etc.) to solve problems creatively and effectively. Communicate complex information. 'Complex' information could include sensitive information or information that is difficult to communicate because of its content or its audience. Influence or convince stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
