Job Title: Administrative Assistant – E-commerce Department

Location: Warren, Ohio

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our E-commerce department. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day operations, manage administrative tasks, support online sales activities, and coordinate communication across departments. This role is essential to ensure the smooth execution of e-commerce strategies and achieving department goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the E-commerce Management and team.
  • Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on online platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.).
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes.
  • Assist with online order processing, returns, and customer inquiries when needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with warehouse or fulfillment teams.
  • Track and report on e-commerce KPIs (sales, traffic, conversions, etc.).
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions by assisting with digital content uploads and email lists.
  • Create and maintain documentation, reports, and spreadsheets related to online sales activities.
  • Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely updates and project completion.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant support role, ideally within an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Workspace, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces, CMS, or order management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email marketing).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
