DSST: Cedar MS - Cross Country Coach
Season Dates: 8/18/2025 - 10/25/2025
Stipend: $2,000.00

An ability to work and collaborate across lines of difference.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities at one time.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Knowledge of the game and passion for sportsmanship.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate relentless drive to improve the athletic skills, minds and lives of students
To live and model the schools core values with colleagues, students, parents, officials, fans, and the larger community
To reinforce the schools core values, guiding philosophy, rules, and school spirit
Exhibit mastery and enthusiasm for sportsmanship.
All coaches must be willing and able to be trained and approved to drive our activity buses.
