Requirements Proven kitchen experience
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
Familiar with industry’s best practices.
Culinary school diploma a plus.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in small space, fast paced environment, and on a moving train.
Ability to stand for long period of time.
Must be available for day or evening, holidays and weekend shifts.
Food Handler's/Serve Safe Certification (or ability to obtain certification).
Speak & Read English - Minimum.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Must haves Available weekends
Some Restaurant experience
Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift 25-50lbs.
Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
