Summary:

As a dishwasher you are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitations standards for china, glassware, tableware cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position ensures the dish washing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.

What You Will Be Doing:

· Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, tableware, and utensils. This includes loading and unloading dishwashers, washing items by hand, and ensuring everything is spotless.

· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area. This includes wiping down surfaces, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies.

· Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed. This may include helping with food prep, cleaning up spills, or assisting with trash removal.

· Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations. Follow all Six Flags policies and procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.

How You Will Do It:

· Work efficiently and effectively. Keep up with the workload and ensure dishes are cleaned promptly.

· Pay attention to detail. Inspect each item for cleanliness and remove any remaining debris.

· Communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Collaborate with others to ensure a smooth operation.

· Take pride in your work. Deliver high-quality results and contribute to a positive team environment.

What You Will Need:

· Must be 18 years or older.

· Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

· Ability to communicate effectively in English (read, speak, and understand).

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
