The Director of Enterprise Technology Program Management role will lead and oversee the Northwest Bank's technology transformation initiatives, with the CRM implementation as a key program under its purview. This role will be responsible for driving the successful execution of enterprise-wide technology programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer-centric innovation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader with a proven track record in enterprise technology transformation, large-scale program management, and stakeholder engagement in financial services. Essential Functions include developing and executing the bank’s technology program management strategy, overseeing a portfolio of enterprise technology programs including CRM implementation, data modernization, cloud migration, and core banking enhancements, providing strategic leadership for the CRM transformation initiative, establishing governance frameworks and best practices, working closely with executive leadership and technology teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, leading change management efforts, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors. Additional functions include ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, navigating Microsoft Office and department-specific software, working as part of a team, and working with on-site equipment. Safety and health responsibilities include abiding by safety rules, performing tasks safely, reporting injuries, and knowing emergency procedures. Qualifications require a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technology, Business, or related field, 6-8 years of experience in enterprise technology program management, IT strategy, or digital transformation in financial services, and proven experience managing large-scale technology implementations including CRM, cloud, data platforms, and core banking systems. General skills include effective relationship building, clear communication, active listening, goal setting and tracking, and good judgment in decision-making.
