The Director of e-Commerce and Engineering drives the development and optimization of e-commerce platforms for both brands focusing on delivering a seamless guest experience and revenue growth. Your Key Job Functions Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and results oriented culture. Develop and execute the ecommerce, loyalty, and CRM platform strategy Oversee the technical design and development of the ecommerce platforming, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security to handle high volume traffic. Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements and delivery dates for new features and enhancements Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, testing and deployment processes. Define performance metrics and success criteria for ecommerce engineering projects, ensuring high quality deliverables and efficient team operation.
