We cover the full range of OTC processes, from contract setup, billing, and query management to payment processing. We maintain a solid core team with 5 to 12 years of experience, committed to securing strong business outcomes and growth potential. Roles and Responsibilities: Validate contract documentation related to contract activation or termination and input orders and contract data into various ERP systems and tools used within the team. Process contract changes and updates. Calculate and, upon approval, bill through the system for various additional charges. Manage customer queries related to the contract lifecycle and attributes. Maintain internal and external communication with different departments, partners, and customers regarding new activations or queries. Ensure timely and comprehensive feedback to all raised queries. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, ethical standards, and financial rules. Prepare and analyze reports and supporting documents as per business needs. Ensure proper document retention following archiving and document management policies. Provide support and training to other Order Management specialists and suggest improvements to the Order Management process.
